Books
to Bridge the Region is a
reading initiative encompassing seven Northwest Indiana
counties: Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski and
Starke.

BOOKS
TO BRIDGE THE REGION encourages area residents to read
and discuss selected books on a theme during October. The selections
for 2010, Put Your Nose in a Book NWI, are:
How can my town, library, school or
organization participate?
- Sign
up for our email newsletter (see sign-up box at left)
- Complete
and return the Participation
Response Form.
- Attend our scheduled
events. Just click the Calendar of Events tab for
a list of programs and activities in five counties.
- Plan
your own events or programs based on the books or the theme.
Feel free to use any of the free downloadable resources
on this website.
- Tell us about
your event.
How can I help?
Donations
are greatly appreciated and will be used to purchase books,
plan programs and coordinate region-wide efforts. The fiscal agent is
